As the President of >ReSound U.S., Kim Herman leads the strategic direction and daily execution to grow ReSound’s position within the U. S. market while providing a portfolio of products and services to the hearing healthcare industry.

Kim joined the ReSound family in September of 2011. She has 25 years of general management experience in a variety of clinical and commercial health care settings, including health insurance, durable medical equipment, home health nursing, infusion therapy, respiratory therapy, and specialty pharmaceuticals. Kim’s primary focus and expertise has been in developing and executing strategic growth initiatives, including business planning and goal setting, revenue cycle enhancement, sales performance management, and branding and communications.

Kim has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Hiram College, and an MBA from Wake Forest University. She is a member of the Market Development Committee of the Better Hearing Institute, and she serves on the board of Capital Senior Living, a publicly held company specializing in the provision of senior living communities and services.
